1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that customized or engraved items may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Gift cards
- Items on sale or marked as "final sale"
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blazediamonds.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 1 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged item at no cost to you.
8. Return Shipping
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
