2. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be canceled once the production process has started. Please ensure that you are certain about your design before placing a custom order. If you have any concerns, please contact our team to discuss your options.

3. After 24 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order after the 24 hour window, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy to return the item once it arrives.

If your cancellation is successful and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that if you paid using a third-party payment method (e.g., PayPal), processing times may vary.
